Mr. McDonald came highly recommended by a trusted friend and he hasn’t disappointed.
I’ve used his services twice now. Once to replace a worn out 30 year old AC unit in my mom’s house and then to upgrade the dual AC units in my home. In each case, Mr. McDonald diagnosed the problems, then explained to me the most cost effective method for the repairs. He was knowledgeable, patient, and and prepared. He took personal ownership in the quality of the results and delivery of the product…not typical. There were no surprises; no hiccups; no oops.
We were so pleased with his service that I have recommended him to several friends who have all called me back to thank me for recommending him. I will continue to call on him and recommend him to friends when AC Services are needed.

I’d highly recommend this company for your AC/Heating Repairs. I had a Unit go out on me a month or so ago . After searching around, a friend suggested I speak to these guys. I received excellent customer service and very professional and friendly service. I also got a good education on the workings of the system. Fortunately, the tech pointed out that the ‘compressor’ was at the edge of the warranty and worked to get it replaced under those terms – so I was extremely happy with how all of that fell together to my benefit.Great Company and very honest and respectful too – would definitely use them again.

We had called them last summer because our unit had stopped working on a friday. They were booked through the day, but they understood what the summers are like so said they would come over after their last appointment for the day. Performed the necessary diagnostics and replaced a part that was burned out to fix the unit that same evening evening. They did recommend that the unit was very old and might need to be replaced in about 6 months.
Recently we had the unit stop working again (lasted about an year), so we called them again. When you are spending this kind of money to replace an AC unit, you need someone to provide all the necessary details so that you can make a responsible decision. They provided me with all the details on type's of units out there and the process for installations.
Was very happy with their service and timeliness to response.
